I will offer a finished product that is the result of my skills, hard work and talent. You will be able to get a sense of the style you can expect from our conversation and perusing my portfolio. No refunds offered, though I will work within a reasonable limit without cost to give you a finished work that you love. No more than one reasonable revision without added cost, which we will agree upon in consideration of the scope of the project.

While I am highly skilled and trained, I cannot guarantee your acceptance of the final product or accuracy in insight. I take my profession extremely seriously; however, just as lawyers and doctors cannot guarantee an outcome for you, I cannot guarantee an outcome or perfect accuracy. I can foresee probability but free will of all parties is always in play, as well as spiritual blocks and surprise shifts in energy. If you are not truthful or extremely anxious in general this can block psychic insight and desired outcomes. There are times when focused meditation and strong desire can bend the situation to your desires, as well, and I encourage you to stay positively focused on what you want, or to move on if it's not realistic or possible.

If your situation doesn't turn out as hoped or predicted, I ask you to respect my effort, time, and good will. I truly care about all my clients and wish only the best for you, and try to help you achieve your dreams. As you would for any professional, for example a lawyer or doctor, you pay me for my time, training, talent and experience, not outcome.

If at any time I feel a client is not participating with good will, or harassing me, or simply engaging in negative or destructive behavior, I will immediately stop communication and take any necessary legal steps for protection.
